Asian Inspiration...

From 5th April '08- 1 June '08, the UK's first Asian art triennial (ATM08) opens in Manchester.

It will showcase a wide variety of stunning new commissions by artists from across Asia that have never before been shown in the UK. Artists include Chen Shaoxiong from mainland China, Kongkee from Hong Kong and Hongjohn Lin from Singapore, amongst others.

Launch of Blue Dragon's Premium Range

The team at Blue Dragon have launched a new range of Pan Oriental products - all made from the finest ingredients. The range includes stir fry sauces, curry pastes and coconut milk.

Our new range of stir fry sauces in 120g sachets bring interesting flavour combinations to the quick and easy stir fry. There are five authentic flavours to choose from: Sticky Plum, Sweet Soy & Roasted Red Chilli, Black Bean with Roasted Garlic & Chilli, Tangy Lemon and Chinese Mushroom & Garlic.

Since many cooks prefer sauces in glass jars, we've also launched a range of stir fry sauces in 200g jars, made with authentic recipes with ingredients sourced in the Far East. Available in 5 delicious flavour combinations: Satay, Golden Plum, Honey & Cashew, Hoi Sin & Sesame and Soy, Honey & Garlic.

Our new Thai curry pastes, available in Red and Green, are both made in Thailand to authentic recipes using fresh local ingredients. The pastes are easy to use and deliver excellent aroma and flavour.

The new Thick & Creamy coconut milk has a velvety texture that is retained even after cooking. It can be used in numerous ways (both sweet and savoury) and is ideal for making Thai curry when matched with our new curry pastes.
