Stir Fried Lettuce
A different way to serve a warm salad – this tastes great with some griddled prawns, perfect for a light supper.
Preparation:
- Trim, wash and dry the lettuce thoroughly, and cut it into wide trips.
- Heat a wok with the oil until very hot. Toss the pieces of lettuce until they start to wilt, add the oyster sauce and toss everything together.
- Sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame seeds, season and serve.
