Banana Crisps
These sweet crispy banana pieces are great as a snack.
Preparation:
- Peel the bananas and cut diagonally into thin slices.
- Mix the chilli powder turmeric and salt into a paste with water and rub over the banana slices
- Heat oil to fairly hot and then reduce the heat slightly. Deep fry the banana slices until crisp and lightly coloured. Drain and when cool store in an airtight container.
