Coriander & Chilli Bread (for a breadmaker)
A delicious bread that makes an ideal accompaniment to soup or tastes wonderful toasted and topped with a tomato and coriander salsa.
Preparation:
- Put all ingredients, except for the chillies and coriander, into a bread maker.
- Select the Basic white setting, medium crust and the appropriate size. Press start. When the machine indicates (with a bleeping sound), add the chillies and coriander and close the lid.
- When the program has finished, lift the bread out the machine. Turn the bread out onto a rack and leave to cool completely.
Useful tip:
Reduce the amount of chillies added for sensitive palettes!
