Nuoc Cham
A sauce that is as popular and widespread as rice in Vietnam! It gives dishes a real kick...
Preparation:
- Pound the garlic, chilli and sugar into a smooth paste.
- Add the lime juice. Remove the pulp of the lime with a vegetable knife and pound into the paste.
- Add the water and the Blue Dragon Thai Fish Sauce and mix well.
