Chinese BBQ Chicken Stir Fry

An easy chicken stir fry with a sweet and sticky BBQ sauce.

    • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 1 sachet (120g) Blue Dragon Chinese BBQ Stir Fry
    • 400g chicken breasts, sliced
    • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
    • 50g mangetout
    • 2 x spring onions, sliced
    • 100g Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles
    1. Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions.
    2. Heat the oil in a wok, when hot stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes until golden and cooked through, then add the vegetables until cooked.
    3. Pour over the stir fry sauce and heat through.
    4. Toss in the cooked noodles.
