BBQ Chicken

BBQ flavours aren't just for summer! This chicken is delicious served with our Asian Salad or Crispy Kale.

    • 1.5kg chicken drumsticks/thighs
    • 200g tomato ketchup
    • 150g Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
    • 1 tbsp. vinegar
    • Pinch of chilli flakes
    • 1 tbsp. sugar
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    1. Place the tomato sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes, sugar, lemon juice & the Sweet Chilli Sauce in a pan and simmer for 10 minutes – split the mix in two.
    2. Use one half to marinade the chicken in a bowl, and cook according to chicken pack instructions.
    3. Once the chicken is ready, use the other half of the sauce as a dip.
