Stir Fry Greens with Black bean sauce

A really delicious and quick stir fry, great as a light, mid-week meal for two.

Serves: 2
    • 1 tsp. chilli oil
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • 225g fine green beans, sliced
    • 4 shallots, peeled and sliced
    • 1 garlic clove, crushed
    • 100g (half a small tin) shiitake mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
    • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce
    1. Heat a large wok and add the chilli oil and butter.
    2. Add the green beans, shallots, mushrooms and garlic and stir fry over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Add the shredded lettuce and stir fry until the leaves have wilted.
    4. Stir in the Blue Dragon Black Bean Sauce and heat through, tossing to mix, until the sauce is bubbling.
