Sweet Chilli Ribs

The paprika & Sweet Chilli give these gorgeous glazed ribs their incredible flavour. Sticky, sweet and a little bit spicy.

    • 1 pack of pork ribs (900-1000g)
    • 1 bottle (380g) of Blue Dragon Squeezy Sweet Chilli Sauce
    • 2 tsp. smoked paprika (optional)
    • 1 tbsp. water
    1. Place the ribs in a pan and pour over the bottle of Sweet Chilli Sauce and a teaspoon of smoked paprika. Stir well and cover with a lid.
    2. Bring the pan to the boil and simmer for 30-40 mins depending on size of ribs.
    3. Remove lid and allow too reduce down/thicken – once thickened, remove the ribs place on a baking tray. Allow the remaining sauce to thicken even more before spooning onto each rib.
    4. Place in a hot oven 180°C until the ribs go nice and sticky (about 20 minutess).
