Coconut Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This wonderful fruit smoothie makes the perfect summer treat! Try serving in a bowl topped with fruit for the ultimate in healthy indulgence.

    • 50ml Blue Dragon Coconut Milk
    • 250ml/9 fl oz milk
    • 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
    • 2 bananas - sliced
    • 150g pineapple, fresh diced (alternatively use canned pineapple chunks)
    • 1 ripe mango, deseeded and diced
    • Some desiccated coconut, pomegranate seeds and raspberries, for decoration
    1. Pour the Coconut Milk and milk into a food processor and process gently until combined.
    2. Add half the ice cream and process gently, add the remaining ice cream and process until smooth.
    3. Add the banana and process rapidly, then add the papaya and pineapple chunks and process until smooth.
    4. Pour the mixture into a bowl tall and decorate with additional fruit.
