Fish Sauce (nam pla) is used in Thai cuisine in the same way that salt is used in the West. It balances with the key flavours of hot, sweet and sour.
It is matured for 12 months to allow a full rich and salty flavour to develop.
Anchovy Extract (68%), Salt, Sugar. Under certain conditions salt crystals may form in this product. These are entirely harmless.
